PLEASE READ BELOW REGARDING MAKING  THERAPY AFFORDABLE

Out-of-Network (OON) Coverage

You may be surprised how affordable OON therapy can be!  Many "out of network” clients do not pay much more than clients with In Network coverage.  See Sample below.

Out-of-network benefits allow the freedom to see any therapist, pay directly, and receive reimbursement (up to 50-100% in most cases) by their insurance provider within 2-6 weeks.   We can discuss further during our consultation.

Out Of Network - Sample Scenario:*

Let’s say Katie's Out of Network coverage is 75%, and she has a $20 co-pay.

1.) Katie pays her therapist $165 for a 55-minute therapy session.

2.) Katie then submits the bill (provided by therapist) on her insurance co. website.  

(Math: $165 x .75 = $123.75, less a $20 co-pay = $103.75 Reimbursed! 

3.) Just 2 weeks later, Katie receives a check from her insurance co. for $103.75.  

Therefore, Katie's actual cost for therapy is only $61.25…..(not $165!). 

This means it is only $41.25 more than In Network therapy (not $145 more)

Cancellation & No-Show Policy  

I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.  No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will automatically be billed a $50 cancellation fee to the card on file.  

Medicare and Medicaid

At this time Medicaid and Medicare do not reimburse for my services so they cannot be used to pay for therapy.

**A credit card must be put on file for payment of all co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and late cancellations or no-show fees.**
